Philip Trout
Philip Trout graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009. He served as a Notes Editor for the Virginia Law Review, and as a Legal Fellow in the Office of Governor Timothy Kaine. He was also a student attorney with the Virginia Prosecution Clinic, where he served as lead counsel on felony and misdemeanor criminal cases in state court.
Mr. Trout received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia.
