Our representation has involved issues of copyright and trademark law, and bringing and defending the emergency injunction motions that routinely accompany complaints in this field. For a number of years, the federal court in Alexandria, Virginia has been a favorite venue for cases involving the rights to intellectual property. We maintain an active practice in this court, and we are quite familiar with its unique rules of practice.
