Our litigation practice is not one in which we handle a large volume of personal injury cases on an assembly line basis. We have, however, successfully handled personal injury cases, including medical malpractice claims and actions on behalf of victims of crime. We have experience in mass tort litigation, including some products liability cases, such as those involving prescription drugs, and airline or train crash matters. We have also defended businesses and individuals against personal injury claims, including a corporation that was the subject of novel claims for psychiatric injury.
